Jordan Webb of Concord Named Samford Ambassador

Jordan Webb of Concord has been named a Samford University Ambassador for the 2012-2013 academic year. Ambassadors serve as hosts at campus events and represent the university in a variety of settings.

The 25-member Ambassador team works closely with the Samford President's Office and the Office of University Advancement. Ambassadors are chosen on the basis of grades, leadership skills, public speaking ability, enthusiasm for Samford, personality and other qualities.

Samford University is consistently ranked in the top tier of its peer group by U.S. News & World Report. Founded in 1841, it is the largest private university in Alabama with more than 4,700 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled annually.
